My name is Tony Alfaya Sr. and I  have been actively engaged in the real estate and the construction industry for over 23 years.  As a young man, I spent a lot of time working along side my dad.  He was very good with his hands and taught me the essentials about hard work, honesty, and ethics.  He always emphasized character and integrity over profitability.  These time tested truths are our core values and the foundation for our business. 

In 1983, I enlisted in the United States Air Force and pursued a dream to serve my country and to travel the world.  This dream was realized as I continued to serve and ultimately retired from the Active Reserves in 2004.  My final assignment was with the 920 Rescue Squadron, stationed at Patrick AFB, FL.  It was an exciting season in my life where I gained a new appreciation for my country and those who died defending our glorious way of life.

However, it wasn't until 1994 that I realized that it does not profit a man to gain the whole world, yet lose his own soul.  This truth prompted me to make the most important decision of my life, by fully surrendering to Jesus Christ!

Today, I have the honor and privilege to sow the same truths, imparted to me by my father, in the lives of my own children, as they learn to work with their hands and to serve their Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.  Soon they will continue this legacy as they lead our family business into the future.  What a blessing to have my entire family working together.
